U UniMonitor

For agencies

Your clients should hear it from you

The worst version of this job is a Monday morning message asking why the site was down on Saturday — from the person paying you to know.

Priced per agency, not per site

Take on a client and you do not pay more until you run out of monitors. Most tools charge per check, which quietly makes monitoring your smallest clients not worth doing — and those are the ones nobody else is watching.

Status pages with your name on them

Set your brand once and every status page you publish carries it: your name, your colour, your logo, your support link. On a paid plan our name comes off entirely. Your client sees a page from you.

We never contact your clients

You are the account holder. Your clients receive nothing from us, are billed nothing by us, and have no reason to know we exist. The only thing they see is the status page you chose to publish.

The renewals nobody remembers

Certificates and domain registrations expire on a date somebody set two years ago, usually a person who has left. Both are checked daily and warned about weeks ahead.

Thirty sites, one screen

The dashboard is built for someone looking after other people's sites rather than watching one product. Status pages group components so a client sees "Website" and "Checkout", not the hostnames you gave them.

Removing our name

Status pages carry your brand on every plan. Taking "Monitoring by UniMonitor" off them entirely is part of these plans:

Available on paid plans.

What we are not going to pretend

Status pages run on our domain at the moment, not on yours — a custom domain per client needs certificate automation we have not built. And we are a small agency in Douala, not a monitoring company with an office in four time zones. If either matters to you, that is a fair reason to use something else.

Set it up this afternoon

Add your first monitor in about a minute. Add the rest of the portfolio over a coffee.
